Project Scope
The client was at a standstill and wanted to optimize their rentals. The questions were: How do we find the tenants? And is the rent level correct?
Solution
We didn’t go to the market – we went to our interest list. Here, we could analyze both passive and active demand and see exactly which tenants matched the apartments. Our system showed that we already had paying tenants ready – they just needed to be contacted. We raised the rent level because we had the data to support it, and began matching tenants before the apartments were publicly listed.
