After a successful initial leasing, Pensam faced the need for ongoing re-letting and optimization of a project in a challenging area. Their goal was to ensure low vacancy, a stable tenant mix, and continuous rent optimization—while also testing whether we could deliver over the long term.
Solution
We have kept vacancy low and optimized the asset over 1.5 years—focusing on rent levels, churn, and tenant mix. Through continuous screening, transparency, and close dialogue, we have demonstrated that we do more than just lease units—we are an active partner who understands the property and intervenes whenever improvements are possible. This includes proactively reporting on property conditions and setting up waiting lists to support future leasing.
