Project Scope
The second phase of Espenslund was being converted from owner-occupied homes to rental units, and Propstep took over leasing from the local broker who had previously handled the sales. The 32 townhouses and apartments were ready with little time before move-in, requiring a fast and efficient effort to ensure full occupancy.
Solution
We implemented a targeted leasing strategy emphasizing visibility and personal engagement. By combining open house events, private showings, and digital marketing, we created strong activity and sustained interest from the right tenants.
