Project Scope

C.W. Obel developed the new student housing project Lygten near Nørrebro Bycenter, aiming to reach a specific, prioritized tenant segment. The project required an efficient and controlled leasing process that activated the existing interest list while ensuring a seamless transition to the wider rental market.

Solution

We planned and hosted a series of VIP events targeted at the prioritized group before the open leasing phase began. The existing interest list of 726 registrants was used strategically to drive high attendance. Events were organized with sign-ups for limited time slots, ensuring an even distribution of visitors, while reminders and follow-ups maintained high engagement.

Result

The well-structured process led to full attendance at all events and an efficient leasing process without wasted time. The 75 student apartments were leased to satisfied tenants in just 2.5 months, and the effort generated strong interest in the project even before the official launch.
