AkademikerPension wanted a partner who could manage ongoing re-letting in a larger, new residential project – with a focus on optimization, responsibility, and transparency. The goal was low vacancy, low churn, and the right tenants for an asset with clear ESG principles.
Solution
We work proactively with the asset as something that can continuously be optimized – not just leased. We monitor the market closely and continuously adjust rent levels and tenant segmentation based on data, dialogue, and experience. Our brokers spend time selecting the right tenant, and we activate, among other things, our network of expats who are a good fit for Ørestad as an area. Everything is done with full transparency – the client can follow leads, viewings, and feedback directly through the dashboard.
