Project Scope

Propstep was tasked with leasing a project in Skovlunde, with a focus on securing quality long-term tenants. Leasing began just over four months before completion, and there was no show apartment, project website, or external advertising budget. Everything had to be handled through the Propstep platform.

Result

All 59 units were leased within 23 days. Every one of the 649 applicants benefited from a transparent process and professional support, with responses provided daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
