It's difficult to answer unless you explore the data available for the area, the competition, rental volume, and confidence in your project.

Data regarding the willingness to pay a certain rent is crucial, and we are privileged to be able to provide this type of data to our clients thanks to our 81,000+ active home seekers across the country.

We collect data from home seekers regarding their household income, maximum rent, preferences for number of rooms, sizes, and more.

In addition, the volume of tenants in a given area is especially important. We measure volume in various ways, including how many requests a certain type of housing receives on average.

Interest lists and data collection

With dynamic interest lists for all our properties, we collect large amounts of data on specific preferences within each property, including size, number of rooms, and rent. This creates a data foundation not only for the individual property but also for similar properties in the future, providing us with a very precise indication of the prospective tenant base.

Floor plans

With substantial experience and continuous direct feedback from tenants, we advise project developers and architects on the most effective layout for a property. There is, after all, a big difference between building senior housing in the northwest part of Copenhagen and a townhouse development in Nørresundby.
